But even though they apply a kajal day in and day out, many still fail to master the art of applying it. Girls normally apply kajal on eyelashes, the reason why it spreads every time you wink." Beauty expert Ambika Pillai says, "Never use a sharp kajal tip. Take a small round tip brush and apply black or brown shadow underneath the eyelash of your lower lid. It not only prevents kajal from smudging but also give a smoky look."
